The bottle holds 500ml of the liquid of your choice, hot or cold, and can maintain the temperature of your drink for up to 6 hours, or longer for cold drinks.

At just 220mm tall and 68mm in diameter, the Ocean Bottle is nice and compact, perfect for taking with you everywhere. The bottle also weighs in at just 230g, it’s incredibly lightweight making it ideal for hiking.

For every bespoke Ocean Bottle sold, City to Sea receives £5 to support their vital work.

This Ocean Bottle will also fund the collection of 1000 plastic bottles in weight before they reach the ocean, as with every Ocean Bottle we sell.

Who are City to Sea?

City to Sea are an environmental charity on a mission to stop plastic pollution at its source. They were founded in 2015 – the year their home city of Bristol was European Green Capital. Founder, Natalie Fée had her plastic awakening in 2014 when she came across the trailer for the film Albatross and decided she had to do something about plastic pollution. Since its inception, City to Sea have introduced the Refill campaign, called for legislative change, lobbied policy makers to set ambitious and legally- binding targets around single-use plastics and reuse, raised awareness of the problems, championed the solutions for a move away from single-use to reuse, delivered practical solutions to make refill and reuse more accessible, in collaboration with businesses, local councils and NGOs and inspired communities to take action where they live and embed meaningful behaviour change.

£5 from every City to Sea Ocean Bottle bought will be given to City to Sea to support their vital work.

How long does this keep drinks hot and cold for?

The bottle is double wall insulated and will keep your drink hot for up to 6 hours, and chilled for 18 hours.

Is it leak proof?

Yes, all our reusable metal water bottles are leak proof.

How do I clean the bottle?

For daily use we recommend a quick hand wash. Your Ocean Bottle is dishwasher safe up to 60°C. Sometimes dishwashers leave watermarks, don’t panic, simply dip your Ocean Bottle in hot water for 3-5 seconds. Can this sit in my car cup holder?

Yes, this 500ml bottle has a 6.8cm diameter so will fit in most car cup holders. You might also be interested in our travel tumbler which has been designed to easily slip into most common cup holders

Do you offer other personalisation options?

Absolutely! Whether for gifting clients or employees, sharing with business partners, kitting out your team or just dishing out to those you’d like to share the benefits of Ocean Bottle with, branded Ocean Bottles can be produced at volume in the colours of your choosing. We can provide branded water bottles or branded reusable coffee flasks and every unit ordered has a direct impact on ocean clean-up.

How long will delivery take?

We deliver to most countries using tracked and signed methods. UK delivery is 2-3 days, Europe delivery takes between 3-6 days and the rest of the world between 5 to 9 days. Delivery to the US is typically within 2-3 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Note: customs and local tax for international orders may be charged separately, and are not included in the delivery costs.

Warranty

The Ocean Bottle comes with a 10 year warranty. To activate this warranty simply scan the QR code on the box and follow the simple steps to secure. The warranty is valid for 10 years from point of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. Find out more and register here.

Returns and refunds

Plastic collection

Each Ocean Bottle bought funds the collection of 11.368 kg of ocean-bound plastic. This is the equivalent in weight to 1,000 plastic bottles. We work with 3 Plastic Collection Partners on a global scale, in areas where plastic pollution is worst. We collect all types of plastic and always ensure it is recovered and reprocessed in as efficient and socially beneficial a way as possible.
