How long does this keep drinks hot and cold for?
The Tumbler is double wall insulated and will keep your drink hot for up to 4 hours, or chilled for 10 hours.

Our Tumbler is designed for on-the-go sipping, with a lid and slider that prevents splashes and spills when on the move. However, it is not leak proof. We recommend that you do not upturn your Tumbler or shake when full. If you are looking for a leak proof option we would recommend our thermal insulated coffee flasks.

The Tumbler can be washed by hand. For a deep clean, separate all components by removing the gasket and releasing the slider* from the lid. *To release the slider push from beneath the drink opening - it will ‘click’ before releasing.

Yes, the Tumbler is 13.7cm tall and is compatible with most common (N)espresso formats.
Can this sit in my car cup holder?

Yes, the Tumbler has a 8.2cm diameter so will fit in most car cup holders.

What's the difference between the Tumbler and Travel Mug?
The Ocean Bottle insulated travel mug has a handle for ease of on the go drinking whilst the travel tumbler is handle-free, meaning it can fit smoothly into most cup holders. The capacity (350ml) is the same for both however, and you can mix and match the lids too!

How long will delivery take?
We deliver to most countries using tracked and signed methods. UK delivery is 2-3 days, Europe delivery takes between 3-6 days and the rest of the world between 5 to 9 days. Delivery to the US is typically within 2-3 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout Note: customs and local tax for international orders may be charged separately, and are not included in the delivery costs.

Yes, the Tumbler comes with a 10 year warranty. To activate this warranty simply scan the QR code on the base of the cup or on the box and follow the simple steps to secure. The warranty is valid for 10 years from point of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. Find out more here.

Each Tumbler bought funds the collection of 11.368 kg of ocean-bound plastic. This is the equivalent in weight to 1,000 plastic bottles. We work with 3 Plastic Collection Partners on a global scale, in areas where plastic pollution is worst. We collect all types of plastic and always ensure it is recovered and reprocessed in as efficient and socially beneficial a way as possible.
