What is Cocoa Canopy?

Hot Chocolate Melting Beads, crafted by chocolatiers using the finest-grade ingredients. Their chocolate beads are made to melt seamlessly into the most delicious hot or iced chocolate.

Why Cocoa Canopy?

They are the only UK manufacturer to craft shiny chocolate beads from a variety of chocolate intensities – from 35% to 70% cocoa. You can drink their chocolate your way: hot, iced, with whole dairy or plant-based milks (yes vegan it is!).

Where is the Chocolate from?

Cocoa Canopy source their Cocoa from Ghana, Ivory Coast and Santa Santa Domingo

Yes! Cocoa Canopy works perfectly with the Brew Flask. It’s dishwasher safe and keeps your drink hot for up to 6 hours, so you can enjoy it anytime, anywhere.

What is your returns policy?

How does plastic collection work?

Each Ocean Bottle bought funds the collection of 11.4 kg of ocean-bound plastic. This is the equivalent in weight to 1,000 plastic bottles.

We work with Plastic Collection Partners on a global scale, in areas where plastic pollution is worst.

We collect all types of plastic and always ensure it is recovered and reprocessed in as efficient and socially beneficial a way as possible. For more information on the plastic collection we do and why we do it, visit our impact page.

What is the 10-year warranty?

All Ocean Bottle products come with a 10 year warranty.

To activate this warranty simply scan the QR code on the box and follow the simple steps to secure. The warranty is valid for 10 years from point of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. Find out more and register here.

How long will delivery take?

We deliver to most countries using tracked and signed shipping methods.

UK: 2–3 working days
Europe: 3–6 working days
USA: 2–3 working days
Rest of world: 5–9 working days

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Please note: customs duties and local taxes for international orders may be charged separately.

Can I personalise this flask?

You can add a personal touch with our engraving service, but it’s not available in the US. Engraving includes:

Up to 12 characters
Elegant silver lettering
Placement at the bottom of the bottle (some designs excluded)

How do I clean the flask?

For daily use we recommend a quick hand wash. Your Brew Flask is dishwasher safe up to 60°C. Sometimes dishwashers leave watermarks, don’t panic, simply dip your Brew Flask in hot water for 3-5 seconds. Will the Brew Flask fit in my car cup holder?

Yes, the Brew Flask has a 6.8cm diameter so will fit in most car cup holders.

Is the Brew Flask leakproof?

Yes, the Brew Flask is leak proof.

How long does the Brew Flask keep drinks hot and cold for?
