The Travel Mug is double wall insulated and will keep hot drinks hot for up to 4 hours whilst keeping cold drinks chilled for 10 hours.

Our Mug is designed for on-the-go sipping, with a lid and slider that prevents splashes and spills when on the move. However, it is not leak proof. We recommend that you do not upturn your Mug or shake when full. If you are looking for a leak proof option such as to take to the gym, we would recommend our Brew Flask.

The Mug can be washed by hand. For a deep clean, separate all components by removing the gasket and releasing the slider* from the lid.

*To release the slider push from beneath the drink opening - it will ‘click’ before releasing.

You can add a personal touch with our engraving service, but it’s not available in the US. Engraving includes:

• Up to 12 characters
• Elegant silver lettering
• Placement at the bottom of the bottle (some designs excluded)

Due to the handle, the Travel Mug will not fit in most cup holders. If you do require this we’d recommend our Travel Tumbler or Brew Flask.

To activate this warranty simply scan the QR code on the box and follow the simple steps to secure. The warranty is valid for 10 years from point of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. Find out more and register here.
