How long does the Tumbler keep drinks hot or cold for?

Is the Tumbler leakproof?

Our Tumbler is designed for on-the-go sipping, with a lid and slider that prevents splashes and spills when on the move. However, it is not leak proof. We recommend that you do not upturn your Tumbler or shake when full. If you are looking for a leak proof option we would recommend our Brew Flask.

How do I clean the Tumbler?

The Tumbler can be washed by hand. For a deep clean, separate all components by removing the gasket and releasing the slider* from the lid.
*To release the slider push from beneath the drink opening - it will ‘click’ before releasing.

Can I personalise the Tumbler?

You can add a personal touch with our engraving service, but it’s not available in the US. Engraving includes:

  • Up to 12 characters
  • Elegant silver lettering
  • Placement at the bottom of the bottle (some designs excluded)

Does the Tumbler fit in car cup holders?

How long will delivery take?

We deliver to most countries using tracked and signed shipping methods.

What is the 10-year warranty?

All Ocean Bottle products come with a 10 year warranty.

To activate this warranty simply scan the QR code on the box and follow the simple steps to secure. The warranty is valid for 10 years from point of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. Find out more and register here.

How does plastic collection work?

Each Ocean Bottle bought funds the collection of 11.4 kg of ocean-bound plastic. This is the equivalent in weight to 1,000 plastic bottles.

We work with Plastic Collection Partners on a global scale, in areas where plastic pollution is worst.

We collect all types of plastic and always ensure it is recovered and reprocessed in as efficient and socially beneficial a way as possible. For more information on the plastic collection we do and why we do it, visit our impact page.

What is your returns policy?
