How long does this keep drinks hot and cold for?
The Mug is double wall insulated and will keep hot drinks hot for up to 4 hours whilst keeping cold drinks chilled for 10 hours.

Our Mug is designed for on-the-go sipping, with a lid and slider that prevents splashes and spills when on the move. However, it is not leak proof. We recommend that you do not upturn your Mug or shake when full. If you are looking for a leak proof option such as to take to the gym, we would recommend our Brew Flask thermal insulated coffee flask. Alternatively you might be looking for our iconic reusable metal water bottles such as our original Ocean Bottle stainless steel reusable water bottle.

The Mug can be washed by hand. For a deep clean, separate all components by removing the gasket and releasing the slider* from the lid.
*To release the slider push from beneath the drink opening - it will ‘click’ before releasing.

Absolutely! Adding a personal touch to your bottle makes it uniquely yours (or a special touch to a gift!). Here’s everything you need to know about our engraving service:
- You can engrave a maximum of 12 characters.
- All engraving is capitalised in elegant silver lettering.
- The engraving is placed at the bottom of your bottle for a sleek and subtle look.

Yes, the Mug is 12cm tall and is compatible with most common (N)espresso formats.
Can this sit in my car cup holder?

Due to the handle, the Travel Mug will not fit in most cup holders. If you do require this we’d recommend our Travel Tumbler or Brew Flask.

We deliver to most countries using tracked and signed methods. UK delivery is 2-3 days, Europe delivery takes between 3-6 days and the rest of the world between 5 to 9 days. Delivery to the US is typically within 2-3 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout

Yes, the Travel Mug comes with a 10 year warranty. To activate this warranty simply scan the QR code on the base of the cup or on the box and follow the simple steps to secure. The warranty is valid for 10 years from point of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. Find out more here.

Each Mug bought funds the collection of 11.368 kg of ocean-bound plastic. This is the equivalent in weight to 1,000 plastic bottles. We work with 3 Plastic Collection Partners on a global scale, in areas where plastic pollution is worst. We collect all types of plastic and always ensure it is recovered and reprocessed in as efficient and socially beneficial a way as possible.
