The bottle holds 500ml of the liquid of your choice, hot or cold, and can maintain the temperature of your drink for up to 6 hours, or longer for cold drinks.

At just 220mm tall and 68mm in diameter, the Ocean Bottle is nice and compact, perfect for taking with you everywhere. The bottle also weighs in at just 230g, it's incredibly lightweight making it ideal for hiking.

Product Overview

Made from 65% recycled materials, including 90% recycled stainless steel, this bottle has a capacity of 1L capacity.

Equipped with double wall insulation, this will keep your cold drinks cold for 18 hours and your hot drinks hot for 9. Designed with a dual opening function and dishwasher safe construction, the leak proof lid gives you the option to sip from the spout and the base and provides easy access for filling, adding ice and cleaning.

As with all of our bottles, every one sold funds the collection of 1000 ocean bound plastic bottles.

We’ll be devastated to hear that you'd want to return your Ocean Bottle! But will happily exchange your bottle for a different one or refund, as long as the product has not been used or engraved. We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. All bottles ordered are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 year after purchase.

Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 5 working days. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or unused and still in original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ahoy@oceanbottle.co and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

How long does this keep drinks hot and cold for?

The bottle is double wall insulated and will keep your drink hot for up to 9 hours, and chilled for 18 hours.

Is it leak proof?

Yes, the 1L Ocean Bottle is leak proof.

Can I personalise this bottle?

Absolutely! Adding a personal touch to your bottle makes it uniquely yours (or a special touch to a gift!). Here’s everything you need to know about our engraving service:
  • You can engrave a maximum of 12 characters.
  • All engraving is capitalised in elegant silver lettering.
  • The engraving is placed at the bottom of your bottle for a sleek and subtle look.

How do I clean the bottle?

For daily use we recommend a quick hand wash. Your Ocean Bottle is dishwasher safe up to 60°C. Sometimes dishwashers leave watermarks, don’t panic, simply dip your Ocean Bottle in hot water for 3-5 seconds. Can this sit in my car cup holder?

Due to the size of this product it is not likely to fit in most centre car cup holders. If you do require this fit we’d recommend our Ocean Bottle Original in the 500ml bottle.

How long will delivery take?

We deliver to most countries using tracked and signed methods. UK delivery is 2-3 days, Europe delivery takes between 3-6 days and the rest of the world between 5 to 9 days. Delivery to the US is typically within 2-3 working days. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Note: customs and local tax for international orders may be charged separately, and are not included in the delivery costs.

Warranty

The 1L Ocean Bottle comes with a 10 year warranty. To activate this warranty simply scan the QR code on the box and follow the simple steps to secure. The warranty is valid for 10 years from point of purchase and covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. Find out more and register here.

Returns and refunds

We make our products with you in mind so we hope you love them as much as we do. Returns and exchanges are available up to 30 days after delivery. Read our Returns and refunds policy here for further details.

Plastic collection

Each Ocean Bottle bought funds the collection of 11.368 kg of ocean-bound plastic. This is the equivalent in weight to 1,000 plastic bottles. We work with 3 Plastic Collection Partners on a global scale, in areas where plastic pollution is worst. We collect all types of plastic and always ensure it is recovered and reprocessed in as efficient and socially beneficial a way as possible.
