To celebrate the launch of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, we created a limited-edition One World, One Ocean bottle. More than just a water vessel, the bottle’s vibrant blue colour represented the ocean, its marine life and the people who help nurture it.
The bottle was accompanied by a short film titled "One World. One Ocean,": The film spotlighted black women in the ocean and water space, challenged stereotypes and promoted inclusivity.
Our One World. One Ocean campaign saw Ocean Bottle and Disney’s The Little Mermaid come together to support Swim England, the national governing body for swimming, artistic swimming, diving and water polo. Swim England’s mission is to make sports and activities accessible, inclusive and safe for everyone; helping people learn to swim and enjoy the water safely. So we’re proud to say that this campaign enabled us to fund 15 new swim teachers training courses across 3 years generating 16,380 lessons via Swim England (as well as the collection of 435,000 ocean bound plastic bottles).
