Mental Health Awareness Week: Make the most of the outdoors

It’s Mental Health Awareness Week: an annual event observed globally to raise awareness about mental health and promote understanding, awareness and advocacy and the theme this year is Movement.
Studies show that spending time outdoors and in nature each week is associated with good mental and physical health and wellbeing.
With this month being National Walking Month, an initiative aimed at encouraging people to incorporate more walking into their daily routines, we’ve partnered with Canopey, The Home For Buying Better® to give a shoutout to the great outdoors and its wellbeing benefits, informed by Gwilym C Pugh, an Eco-Adventurer exploring human & planetary wellbeing.

Introducing our 3 part series all about how to make the most of the outdoors:

👋 Ep 1 - Introduction: Live now

🌿 Ep 2 - The power of nature: Live now
