Ingredients:

• 2-3 bags black tea
• 2-3 cinnamon sticks
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp allspice
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 4-5 cardamom seeds
• 100ml oat milk
• Ice cubes

Method:

• Steep the teabags in 450ml of boiling hot water. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, ground cinnamon & cardamom and let steep for 5-10 minutes. 
• Pour through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any bits and let cool completely. 
• Fill your Ocean Bottle with ice cubes. Add the tea mixture and a custom amount of oat milk. Enjoy!

Extra tips:

Use decaffeinated black tea for a decaf version of this drink. You can also replace oat milk with any other milk of your choice.
