What is a Water Enhancer?

Spruce Water Enhancers are made from 100% natural fruit powder, using real fruits. They’re sugar-free and enriched with essential vitamins. Simply mix a sachet with water for a refreshing, flavourful drink — with no artificial ingredients, additives, or preservatives.

Is Spruce safe to use with my Ocean Bottle?

Yes! Spruce sachets are safe to use with your Ocean Bottle—just make sure to rinse your bottle thoroughly after each use. Over time, prolonged exposure to the salts in electrolytes may lead to rusting in stainless steel, so regular cleaning is the best way to keep your bottle in top shape.

Are Spruce sachets recyclable?

They're not 100% plastic-free (we use a tiny bit to keep things fresh), but that cardboard box? Straight into recycling. But here's the thing, 200 Spruce sachets weigh the same as just one plastic bottle. That's a massive reduction in plastic waste. Plus, 98% lower carbon footprint than bottled drinks — because we're not shipping water around the world. What is the shelf life of Spruce?

Spruce is made from fresh, all-natural ingredients with no preservatives. It has a shelf life of approximately 12 months—please check the best before date printed on the box.

How many sachets should I consume daily?

We recommend 3 to 6 sachets a day to enjoy the optimum combination of hydration and vitamin intake. Spruce has been carefully designed to encourage hydration, while providing a high level of essential vitamins in each serve. Each sachet contains 40 to 50% of the RDA for each vitamin, and you can safely consume up to 500% of the RDA.
