Peppermint Mocha Recipe

Serves 1
Ingredients
- 300 ml of Plenish barista almond milk
- 2 to 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 minty candy cane
- 1 shot of espresso (or about 30ml of very strong coffee)
Optional toppings
- whipped coconut cream
- crushed candy canes
- festive sprinkles
Method
- Add almond milk and cocoa powder to a small saucepan. Whisk and heat on medium heat until cocoa powder has dissolved completely.
- Add 1 whole candy cane (no need to crush it) to the same saucepan. Heat gently until the candy cane has dissolved.
- In the meantime, prepare 1 shot of espresso.
- Add espresso & minty cocoa mixture to your Brew Flask.
- Garnish with toppings & enjoy while hot.
Extra tips
Use decaf coffee if desired. Use a handheld milk frother to froth the cocoa mixture.
