Peppermint Mocha Recipe

Serves 1


  • 300 ml of Plenish barista almond milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 minty candy cane
  • 1 shot of espresso (or about 30ml of very strong coffee)

Optional toppings

  • whipped coconut cream
  • crushed candy canes
  • festive sprinkles 


  • Add almond milk and cocoa powder to a small saucepan. Whisk and heat on medium heat until cocoa powder has dissolved completely. 
  • Add 1 whole candy cane (no need to crush it) to the same saucepan. Heat gently until the candy cane has dissolved.
  • In the meantime, prepare 1 shot of espresso.
  • Add espresso & minty cocoa mixture to your Brew Flask.
  • Garnish with toppings & enjoy while hot.

Extra tips

Use decaf coffee if desired. Use a handheld milk frother to froth the cocoa mixture.
