Iced Turmeric Latte Recipe

In collaboration with Food of Gods (nutrient-rich heirloom spices regeneratively grown in biodiverse food forests in Sri Lanka, India, Madagascar, Ghana), we have created this Iced Turmeric Latte recipe, inspired by the Citrus Reef bottle in our Meta Tropical capsule collection.

(Serves 2)


  • 500ml oat milk
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (or more to taste)
  • 5-6 black peppercorns (or more to taste)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: maple syrup (to taste)
1. Combine milk, turmeric, cinnamon, and black peppercorns in a small saucepan. 
2. Stir well and heat the mixture for a few minutes.
3. Add vanilla extract if desired & mix until fully dissolved. You can also add some maple syrup. 
4. Serve with plenty of ice.
Extra tips
You can replace the oat milk with other types of milk such as coconut, soy, almond, etc.
You can add other spices like ground ginger or ground cardamom.
