- 2-3 bags black tea
- 2-3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp allspice
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 4-5 cardamom seeds
- 100ml oat milk
- Ice cubes
- Steep the teabags in 450ml of boiling hot water. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, ground cinnamon & cardamom and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Pour through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any bits and let cool completely.
- Fill your Ocean Bottle with ice cubes. Add the tea mixture and a custom amount of oat milk. Enjoy!
Use decaffeinated black tea for a decaf version of this drink. You can also replace oat milk with any other milk of your choice.
