The Ocean Bottle Warranty

We pride ourselves on making products that will last a lifetime, but sometimes things can go wrong. Don’t worry, if you ever have an issue with your product, we provide the below warranty.

Repair and Replacement Scheme

Our 10-year repair and replacement scheme covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken. As a sustainable brand, we will always do our best to replace only the parts at issue, rather than the whole product.

Lost parts are also covered by this scheme, but you may only order one replacement part per bottle in the case of loss.

In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will fund postage and packaging costs. In all other cases, including accidental damage and lost parts, postage and packaging costs will need to be covered by you.

Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not covered.

If you need to order a replacement part or report a faulty product, please email the details of your issue to ahoy@oceanbottle.co and somebody in the team will be in touch within 5-7 working days.

 

Returning your item

When returning your item, please follow these guidelines:

  • Pack your item either in the original box that it arrived in, or an alternative sturdy cardboard box.
  • Insert a sheet of paper with your original order number or your latest customer service ticket number, so that we can match your return to the original order.
  • Clearly affix any necessary items to the box, including our returns address and any relevant delivery labels.

Changes to this scheme

We may from time to time make changes to this scheme. The version of the scheme that was on this page at the time of either your registration or your purchase (whichever was first) will be applied to your claim.
